This amp has the very rare "Better Coils & Transformers" output tranny that Leo used when he ran out of Schumacher trannies. Slightly smaller in size, the output tranny makes this an entirely different beast than a stock, sterile sounding Twin, you won't believe the crunch you can get out of this when cranked to 7 or better. The reason it is so beat is because of its fantastic tone. This is the best sounding Blackface amp I've had, and I've had many. Great history, a genuine 60s San Francisco survivor. Has the footswitch, Fender logo speaker connection, two period Altec Lansings. Sounds identical to a hi-power tweed Twin. Recently serviced with new caps, tubes, etc., and works perfectly.
